Tbilisi State Medical University announces a competition for 2 vacant positions of the main specialist at the Department of Medical Education, Research and Strategic Development.
Job description:
- Cooperation with relevant structures to elaborate strategic development plan;
- Cooperation with all structural units of the University in order to monitor the implementation process of the strategic plan;
- Together with the Quality Assurance Service, participation in the self-evaluation process of the University, preparation of materials for University authorization and accreditation;
- Seeking strategic partners and foundations for the University, establishing relations with them;
- Organize trainings for the University academic and administration staff;
- Participation in organizing workshops and seminars at Faculty Development Center;
- Statistical analysis of the results and assessment of the academic staff mastering medical education methodology.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- For one vacant place - Higher Education, Master of Education Administration;
- For second vacant place -Higher Medical Education, Doctor of medicine;
Work experience: no less than 2 years experience of relevant job;
Knowledge of languages: B2 / C1 level English language;
Knowledge of computer programs: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, SPSS
Required skills:
- Ability to organize;
- Ability to work independently and teamwork;
- Strategic and analytical skills.
