On May 9-11, 2019, International Academy for Adhesive Dentistry (IAAD) and Italian Academy of Odontology and Conservative Dentistry organized joint congress, “Adhesive Dentistry and Tooth Wear” in Bologna (Italy).

Professor Marina Mamaladze, the Head of TSMU Odontology Department presented report “Evaluation of the Quality of Root Canal Obturation Techniques”.

One of the most important issues discussed at the congress was direct and indirect restorations placed for the treatment of tooth wear.

Prof. Mamaladze said: “We had an opportunity to communicate and discuss various issues with the leaders of the Esthetic Dentistry: Professor Jean-Fransua Rule, Lorenzo Vanini, Francheska Vailati and etc. The professors showed innovative and high-tech ways to solve the tooth wear problems. Presenting TSMU at the congress was a great honor for me”.
