On July 18-22, 2018, Assoc.Professor Lasha Mskhiladze, Head of Laboratory of Scientific Research and Practical Skills at Faculty of Pharmacy of Tbilisi State Medical University, Associate Professor at the Department of Pharmacognosy, Direction of Botany and Pharmacognosy, visited the Aix-Marseille University (Marseille, France).

During the visit Professor met with Vice Rectors of Aix-Marseille University, representatives of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine, Heads of University Clinics and Departments and Head of the Laboratory of Pharmacognosy.  During the meetings, the parties discussed the items of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Universities, considered study programmes and research directions at the Universities, talked about the Scholarships offered by the French Embassy for students and academic personnel to support the Cultural, Academic and Research Cooperation. In order to develop further cooperation, universities expressed desire to develop a joint project under the Erasmus+ Programme, by 2019.
