On January 12 - 15, 2019, by invitation of Prof. Gunther Bonn, Professor of the Innsbruck University, lasha Mskhiladze, Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmacognosy of TSMU Faculty of Pharmacy, Head of Laboratory of Research and Practical Skills, attended the second summit of the Second Austrian Summit on Natural Products- "Phytovalley". By initiation of  Prof. Gunther Bonn and full funding and support of the event organizing committee two students of Master's program - "Pharmaceutical Analysis" of TSMU - Salome Asanidze and Megi Kharibegashvili were invited to participate in the Austrian Summit, where they presented poster -presentations. The conference organized by the Austrian Drug Screening Institute (ADSI) was focused on the following topics: - phytopharmacy, phytocosmetics, innovative phytochemistry, detection and development and etc. The Georgian side arranged meetings with Austrian scientific groups to introduce research activities conducted at TSMU that raised a great interest in foreign colleagues.
