On October  2, 2018, the Dean of Faculty of Medicine of Tbilisi State Medical University, Professor Tinatin Chikovani met with the first semester students of the Faculty of Medicine (Georgian medium)  and provided them with  detailed information about the programme. Dean spoke about the following issues:

-        Aim of Educational Program

-        Content of the  program

-        Student's rights

-        Student commitments

-        Students'  registration

-        Transfer to another faculty

-        Suspension of student status

-        Termination of student status

-        Student's activities

-        Evaluation criteria

-        Student scholarships

According to Professor Tinatin Chikovani TSMU is aiming at providing the students with knowledge and skills necessary for their harmonious integration in national and international professional communities.   At the end of the meeting the question-answer session was arranged. Ana Kakabadze, the representative of TSMU student self-government, informed the audience about the activities of self-government and the social assistance they are providing for the students.
